Answers to the most common questions about FXTV PLAYER, activation, and playlists.
No. FXTV PLAYER is strictly a media player / client application. It does not host, sell, or bundle any television channels, movies, or series. You must supply your own valid IPTV, Xtream Codes, or M3U playlist credentials from a provider of your choice.
Every FXTV PLAYER account has a unique activation code, shown right after sign-up and on your account page. See our Activate page for the full step-by-step guide.
Yes. You can add multiple M3U or Xtream Codes playlists to a single account and switch between them anytime from the "Active Playlist" selector in your profile. See Manage Playlists for details.
Use "Sign in with Phone" on the desktop app and scan the QR code shown on your phone's FXTV PLAYER app — your account links instantly, no typing required.
Each account is protected by single active-device enforcement. Signing in on a new device will end the previous device's session automatically.
We may offer a limited free trial to eligible new users, subject to availability. It must be claimed explicitly from inside the app — see our Terms and Conditions for full details.

Since all content is streamed from your own IPTV/Xtream/M3U provider, playback or availability issues are usually related to that provider's server. Double-check your playlist credentials are correct and active, then contact your provider if the problem persists. If you suspect an issue with the FXTV PLAYER app itself, reach out to our support team.
